01 CONSULTATION
Before your consultation you will fill out our assessment form here. Your free
consultation time and date will be arranged via email. This is your opportunity to talk about YOU. Not only will we talk about your skin, but we will get to have a look at it and ensure that the products we pick are right for you. If the wrong product is used, or used incorrectly, you can fail to get the results you want or even make your condition worse! Assessments must be carried out before delivery of any products due to their medical grade nature.
02 SELECT YOUR ITEMS
Once your bespoke plan has been agreed, we will send you a written treatment plan and PayPal Invoice to your email. Alternatively you can add the listed items to your 'Requested Items' basket yourself, and pay for them securely on the website.
03 DELIVERY
As soon as your order is approved, your delivery will be processed! It should reach you within 1 to 3 days, depending on the items selected. Et voilå! Beautiful skin as easy as 1-2-3!

ALTERNATIVELY...
The alternative is to add items to your 'Requested Items' basket first, where you will be prompted to pay. After payment, the doctor will contact you to arrange your assessment. Items will not be dispatched until you have completed the assessment form and had an online consultation with the doctor to ensure your suitability. Sometimes changes need to be made to your requests and the total cost of your cart may go up or down. If this is the case, you will be refunded or charged as necessary to reflect these changes.
