ONLINE ORDERS
Only upon any required amendments and post-assessment approval will orders be processed for dispatch and delivery.
Products purchased are non-refundable unless they are defective.
All defective products should be reported by email to help.skinbyscience@gmail.com with supporting evidence where possible e.g. photos/videos.
Defective products will need to be returned as instructed for assessment by Skin By Science before processing a refund.
Due to the prescription only nature of many of these products, refunds may be at the discretion of the clinical lead.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be made in writing by emailing help.skinbyscience@gmail.com.
You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours of its receipt.
We take complaints very seriously and will do our utmost to investigate your issue.
PROMOTIONS
Skin By Science reserves the right to change any aspect of a running promotion without notice.
Promotions may have separate terms and conditions applied to them that are not set out here.
Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated.
